an ally in a fight or cause; supporter;
Aquantance, ally, buddy, companion, camrade, partner, playmate, side kick, soul mate, cohort, pal, advocate, and supportor.
I love this word.
It’s right up there with Loyal.
And
you all know how I feel about loyalty.
