1.Is visa extension for 3 years possible in such case..? YES
2. Will there be any problem because of not using the visa at all till now..? No Problem
3. Is there a minimum time limit after joining aftre which only I can apply for extension..? No such limit...I feel it is good to have some pay stubs
4. Most important, can i apply for extension even after expiry of visa in july,2011...?? Yes...

Hi psychman,
One way would be to iterate over all of the MultiScaleSubImages during load and store their ViewportOrigins and ViewportWidths. If I have time, I will try to see if I can create an example of it :)

Ask your company if they can do your H1 extension under CORP thus the legal entity does not change and there should be no issue.

It seems like for your initial H1, it was a mistake on their part that they filed you H1 under CORP while you were actually paid by the BANK. Can you ask them why they did that in the first place?

If it's a mistake on their part, there's no reason why you should suffer and they must take every effort to help you out. Work with them, talk to your manager, his/her manager and explain them the issue. It's an internal thing and I'm sure can be worked out.

Today Immigration Customs and Enforcement ("ICE") (http://www.ice.gov/pi/nr/0909/090910elcentro.htm) announced an arrangement with Imperial County Sheriff's Department in which individuals during the booking process will have their biometric data checked with Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") data and FBI data to determine whether or not they are in the United States illegally. When a person's fingerprints match those of someone in DHS' biometric data system, ICE is automatically notified. ICE will then take steps to determine the individual's immigration status and then take appropriate action after the offender completes his or her prison term.

ICE already has agreements with Los Angeles County and San Diego County. Nationwide coverage is expected by 2013.

There is 180 days rule for h1b without pay and also it is employers responsibility to pay when you are out of project. Also think about option of switching her back to h4.

Looks like you need a clear advise on this. Please consult with an attorney.

USCIS will continue to accept both cap-subject petitions and advanced degree petitions until a sufficient number of H-1B petitions have been received to reach the statutory limits, taking into account the fact that some of these petitions may be denied, revoked, or withdrawn.

Employers thinking of hiring visa workers have more flexibility this year to interview and choose the best candidates as visas will be open for at least 2 more months.
